Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Our minimum plan is 1 months, although not all plan support monthly payment. Available payment plans are indicated on the service detail page. You can also cancel at any time. We do not force you to sign a contract and the minimum commitment is only your first payment. [Back to top]

How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
All payments must be completed before a hosting account will get set up, or before a domain name can be registered. Dedicated Servers and Custom Services: Time to setup for this service fully depends on what servers we have in stock in the location you have chosen. A good rule of thumb is 2-5 days from the time of payment and longer if you need a custom server purchased and built to your requirements. Server Co-located: Once a server is received at the end location, it will be setup within 2 days or less. Shipping time to get a server to any particular location will delay your order by the amount of shipping time and the time it takes to get the server through customs if shipping from overseas. Can you register a domain name for me? How about domains other than .com, .org, and .net?
We can supply any domain name extension that is available. Some domains may cost more depending on the extension chosen. [Back to top]

I see some hosts offering "unlimited bandwidth". Why don't you offer this?
Technically speaking, there is no such thing as "unlimited bandwidth." There has to be a limit to the traffic somewhere - and if you check the fine print of the service agreements from the "unlimited bandwidth" companies, you'll probably find limitation in one way or another. Is my server backed up?
It is the clients responsibility to do all back ups of their server. We are NOT liable in any way for any such loses. Please refer to term of service. In the case of lost data, we will assist, within our means, in the recovery but make no promises whatsoever.

How fast are your connections?
Different location has different connectivity options, refer to our service description for more specific information. In general dedicated servers are provided on shared 100 Mbps connections. Ping time from within the China to any of our Shanghai servers will fall between 10ms -150ms. [Back to top]
